Who is behind AND.CO?

Our co-founders, Leif Abraham and Martin Strutz, are creatives who had previously experienced the struggles of working independently. While there was more freedom and flexibility, there wasn’t enough support for tackling day-to-day necessities.

They set out to address that with AND CO, by giving freelancers the same advantages you get from working at a large company, without having to sacrifice the freedom of being independent. Founded in 2015 in New York City, AND CO has grown its community of freelancers by building an incredible infrastructure combined with a support team who really cares.

In January of 2018, AND CO joined Fiverr, the world's largest marketplace for creative and digital services. Fiverr's mission is to champion the entrepreneur in us all by giving entrepreneurs, freelancers, small businesses and even enterprises the resources they need to get things done in the new economy.
